We purchased 1/2 steer and couldn't be happier. The meat is beautiful and cut to our specifications. We are senior citizens and to be honest it was so much meat we purchased another freezer to hold our, pork, chicken, seafood and veggies. Randall was so helpful in providing instructions and going over the different cuts of beef and packaging suggestions. They even suggested buying plastic containers to fit on the shelves to hold the cuts of beef. Great idea as I am now able to place ground beef (even other cuts of beef) in one container close the lid and stack another filled container on top of it allowing for better freezer storage.
