Lynch’s Red Rock Land and Cattle is a third generation Ranch established by AJ and Pansy Lynch in 1970. The Ranch is currently managed by their son Randall and his wife Kay with the advice and suggestions from AJ, who still has an active role in the daily operation. Randall and Kay’s children also have a role in the maintenance of the land, the care of the cattle and having fun with family and friends.

We have always raised cattle for our personal consumption as well as friends and family. In the midst of the Covid pandemic and the collapse of the supply chain, we saw a need to provide quality beef to a broader market. Instead of delivering our beef to the national supply chain, we now deliver to the local community.

In 2020, through AJ’s stewardship, we were named the Conservation Rancher of the year by the USDA for our efforts in restoring native prairie grasses back into the ecosystem. Lynch’s Red Rock Land and Cattle takes great pride in family values, work ethics, open and honest farming and ranching, conservation of the land and building a relationship with our buyers by providing a consistent source of meat.
